Dear Lucinda, Congratulations. We just received the news that your nomination into the AST National Honor Society has been accepted. The faculty would like to honor you with this special award at the Surgical Technology Pinning Ceremony on Friday August 15th NOTE: This award is a "secret" from the other students, so please don't share the news with your fellow students just yet. We'd like it to be a surprise!!! Of course, we wanted to nominate more students, but only three students were allowed to be nominated...
Again, congratulations on a well-deserved honor!!! ~Ms May |

Today, at 11AM I will be jumping out of a perfectly good plane. Well, maybe not perfect. I'm sure the gas tank won't be as full as it could be and I'm sure it'll need some basic but non-urgent maintenance done to it. |

When dealing with a wild creature, one cannot simply capture and force the creature into a certain lifestyle. By doing such a thing, one either kills the creature's spirit or creates an ugly vicious beast no longer trusting of man. In order to keep the wild creature's spirit intact and have it stick around willingly one must make it desire so. |

Another one for the list. Peter Goldmen died two weeks ago. News travels slow from Pa. No, it wasn't my Peter that died, it was another Peter. I keep telling people that it's hazardous to be my friend but noooooooooooo, nobody listens. |

I do believe I like my friends. They may be funny looking invalids but to me they're pretty happy squishes that make the world smile. |

Sooo... My 21st Birthday is this Friday, and we're getting as many people together as we can, dressing as elegantly as possible and going to the Miami City Ballet at the Philips Center. Click the link for ticket price and such, its at 7:30pm. You can get ahold of me at any time during the day at 281-2920. We might be doing dinner or something as well. You should join us. :)
Who would possibly miss a chance to dress up and go to a ballet? I think tickets are $10 or students or $25 otherwise. We'll probably be in the balcony. Yep... okay then.
"[Also] in celebration of my on Friday and Clarence and Amanda's birthdays on Saturday, Club Red's dappering things up a bit for the evening. Come out in your most decadently elegant regalia (and don't worry -- they'll be sure to have the AC at full bore ;)) They'll have prizes for best dressed as well as Ballroom dancing by request ;)"
